Sermont Asset Management SA is a member of the Association of Independent Asset Managers in Lichtenstein (VuVL) and is bound by its professional code of conduct. The VuVL’s professional code of conduct was declared binding by the FMA Financial Market Authority Liechtenstein on 18 November 2014 (FMA Directive 2014/2). The professional code of conduct is available at www.vuvl.li or www.fma-li.li. The statutory professional code of conduct for asset management companies are governed by the Liechtenstein Asset Management Act (VVG) and the Liechtenstein Asset Management Ordinance (VVO); these are available at www.gesetze.li.
